terms of service

- I require payment upfront and through Paypal USD only.
- No refunds. if you file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted.
- Any changes after delivering the final product will require a fee depending on complexity.
- Please give credits to my Twitter @minubear if posting or using it on any platform.
- My art is for personal use only, do not use it for merch. (printing them and selling)
- Do not re-sell my artwork or claim them as yours. I own full rights to the art.
- Please do not rush me, I accept rush fees for an additional 50% of the final price. I will prioritize rush orders, meaning regular orders may slow down if there is a rush order. Please make sure you are able to wait before deciding to commission me, you may find my work-list and turnaround time here.
- I may or may not stream your commission, please let me know if you want to keep it private.
- I am not responsible if my art style does not suit your character.
- Unless discussed, if it is your turn on the waitlist and there is no response within a week, you will be removed. Similarly for invoices.
- If you wish to add to your order when I am currently working on your "first" order, the new order will be considered "second" batch and I will work on it at my own pace. (Meaning alongside others) If it is a big order, you will be added to the back of the queue.
- Do read my commission steps at the bottom of the next page for an in-depth process.
- At the end of your order, a +5% Paypal fee will be added.I am not responsible if you, the client, fails to read my terms.

How long do i have to wait?

check your position in queue here. If you are under the "working" list, it will usually take no longer than 2 weeks. if you are under the "to-do" list, it may take up to 3 months depending on your position in queue. if you'd like to get your commission faster, you can opt for a rush order.

What are rush orders?

if you paid the rush fee, your commission will be considered a rush order. i will work on your commission first, putting aside all others. however it does not mean that i will finish it on that day it self. rush orders are +50% of the final price.

Can i use the animated emotes on discord and BTTV or as alerts?

yes, you may use my work however and where ever you like. But not for personal profit (merch). i would appreciate it a lot if you would please credit me; @minubear ♡

Do you only animate emotes drawn by you?

no, i can animate both existing emotes from other artists and emotes drawn by me.
